NovaRace acts as a service provider for race management and registration services. All decisions regarding refunds and cancellations are at the sole discretion of the event organizer. NovaRace does not hold any accountability for the event organizer's decisions.

Refund requests must be submitted directly to the event organizer, and NovaRace is not responsible for processing or approving refunds.

Event organizers may have their own refund policies, and participants are encouraged to review these policies before registering for an event.

Refund Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days from the date of cancellation approval. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. If this is not feasible, alternative arrangements may be made with the consent of the customer.
